2) The article 231 of the relative regulation for the execution specifies:
<<Under the label job of quack… is included every activity aimed to speculate on people credulity or prejudice as the fortune-teller, the dreams interpreter, those who exercise magic games, spells, exorcisms or boast in public amazing value in their art of profession or attribute extraordinary virtues and miraculous powers to recipes or specific>>.

3) The government decree no. 480 of July 13th, 1994 raised the sanctions:
<< from one to six millions lira>> (art. 3).

4) The Circular Letter Of The Ministry Of Interior no. 559/ LEG/200.112-bis October 3rd, 1994 invited prefects, commissaries of the government, heads of police administration etc. to apply the sanctions <<for the infringements of the following dispositions of text of laws on public security... >>, between which the << violation to the prohibition on exercising of the job of quack >> and order the cessation of the activity.

5) The rule at issue in the ` 95 was confirmed by the Cassation Court (sentence 5582):
<< the activity of "magician" ... is juridically part of the job of "quack", expressly forbidden by the art. 121 last paragraph T.U.L.P.S. >>.

MONSTER OF FLORENCE: "OCCULT" RITES ON PACCIANI GRAVE
Antiplagiarism Telephone, last summer, received a telephone call signaling that in August '98, esoteric rituals were performed in the Mercatale (Fi) cemetery, where the farmer accused to be the "monster of Florence" is buried (precisely in the chapel in front of the Pietro Pacciani grave).
The wicked vandals would have turned over wall a crucifix, burned a statue of Christ, scattered everywhere wax and ashes etc. What could actually seem a "diabolic" rite revealed as an unprepared raid, maybe to attract attention of someone. We do not know whether the judicial authority knows it. However, to have confirmation, ask the San Casciano Val council.
This fact shows that in the event of the "monster of Florence" the "magic" path is more reliable than the "diabolic" one; because the so-called "sacrifices", in the "satanism", are performed directly during the rites. PETITION FOR THE REFORMULATION OF THE PLAGIARISM CRIME:
ALREADY PRESENTED -- TOGETHER WITH 25.000 SIGNATURES - TO THE PRIME MINISTER AND TO THE MINISTERS OF JUSTICE, INTERNAL AFFAIRS, HEALTH, EDUCATION
Up to 1981, the article 603 of the Criminal Code, concerning the crime of plagiarism, read: "whoever submits a person to its power, so to reduce him in a state of total subjection, is punished with the imprisonment from 5 to 15 years". The Constitutional Court sanctioned the unconstitutionality of this article, with the sentence of June 18th 1981, considering it inaccurate and indeterminate, but not declaring non-existent a crime which was actually existing. The plagiarism existed, but keeps on existing today, committed in the certainty of the impunity. In fact the same Constitutional Court recommended the redefinition of the article 603. Twenty years passed and the crime figure has not been reinserted, with a more precise formulation. This created in the pubblic opinion the conviction that the plagiarism does not exist any more and gave to the persuaders the possibility to use and strengthen their techniques in perfect quietsave from any legal risk. All this explains the spreading in Italy of dangerous and devastating activities performed by individuals and/or organizations of power, sometimes masked as religions, who with their longly tested systems are able to separate and destroy families. Note that the psychologically manipulated subject is reduced in a state of such psychological subjection to determine the alteration of every behaviour: alteration clearly observable by the relatives and by people outside the family. To fill the existing legislative gap becomes more and more urgent, in order oppose the spreading of these dramatic situations, to support the man's fundamental right to be mentally free, to help millions of people who cannot use the law to help their relatives. Note that the scheme of legislative delegation for the emanation of a new criminal code comprehend, in the article 61, the plagiarism crimeas, as a crimes against the psychic integrity. For these reasons we ask not to keep neglecting a problem of vital importance, which is affecting the greatest part of society, ruining all the moral values, destroying the roots of basic social institution: the family. We ask that that the legislative gap is faced with the maximum urgency The plagiarism, because of the irreversible damages produced, should be considered like a mental illness and punished as an homicide (as in many other country).
Plagiarism is the behaviour of who, in order to advantage himself or for others despicable reasons, with any means (included chemical means, surgical interventions, hypnoses, psychologic practices of personality conditioning), compromises a person's psychic integrity, determining his/her spersonalization, with significant changes in the life system, in values, in affects and the projects, making the plagiarized subject, partly or completely, unable of self-determination and decision power. The instigation to perform illecit or self-damaging acts constitutes an aggravating circumstance. The punishment for such a crime is the imprisonment from 12 to 30 years, increased by a third if the crime is committed in associative form, with an indemnity proportionate to the material and/or moral damage.

Art. 1- I paragraph
Whoever by suggestions, cheats, pressures, threats, violences or any other means or artifice conditioning the free formation of someone else's will, places someone in a state of such subjection to exclude or limit the free capacity of self-determination or the capacity of escapingimposition, he is punished with the imprisonment from 6 to 12 years.
II paragraph
Constitutes aggravating circumstance if through the means shown in the I paragraph, the victim is induced to perform acts damaging or dangerous for his/her or for someone else's physical or psychic integrity.
III paragraph
If the facts foreseen by the I paragraph is committed in damage of a minor, the punishment will not be lower than 10 years of imprisonment.
Art. 2
The article 392 of the Criminal Procedure Code is modified in this way: in trials for plagiarism crime, the Public Ministry, the defendant or the offended persons can aske the probative accident for expert examinations and testimonies also beyond the hypotheses of the I paragraph the of the art.392 c.p.p.

BANISTERIA (said telepatina): raised in tropical and sub-tropical areas of the American continent, it causes the sensation to be equipped with extrasensory faculties.

In Ecuador it is given to "difficult" children because it is thought that, after the engagement, the ancestors' spirits come back to soothe them.
ECSTASY: amphetamine with hallucinogen. His wide diffusion in discotheque and the possibility of produce it in laboratory, made it accessible to everybody, even if it is still unknown what a "tablet" contains. Assumed orally, it activates the psychic functions, producing fluent words and easy relationships. Causes dilatation of the pupils, slimming, schizophrenia, altered states of conscience and heavy cardiac problems.
GHB: artificial substance, called also "liquid ecstasy", without smell and colour and lightly salted. It causes chemical hypnosis and irreparable damages to the internal organs. It is easily giveable with any drink; if however if assumed together with other drugs and/or with alcohol, it constitutes a mortal cocktail. It has disinhibitory effects and increases the sexual performances. It is given to women to abuse of them without them being able to react. Collateral effects: dizziness, nausea and incontinence. IPOMOEA TRICOLOR (and rivea corymbosa or yerba of the serpiente): growed in Messico, it causes loss of conscience, depersonalization, apathy and production of visions.
KAT: yemen and Ethiopia grass used as hallucinogen and aphrodisiac.
KAWAKAWA: polinesiana plant root, with effects similar to those of alcohol and marijuana. It causes relaxation, adultered euphoria and sometimes psychic perceptions.
MANDRAKE: aphrodisiac and poisonous root, it produces ebbrezza and narcotic effects. It does not cure sterility.
MARIJUANA (and hashish): leaves, grass and flowers, dried and cut, or resin extracted by the same plant. It is the most consumed drug in the world; it causes imagination, perceptions, detach from realities, troubles of the memory and immune deficits.
NYMPHAEA AMPLA: it lives in Mexico and determines trance states with apparent visionaryfaculties.
ORANGE MUSHROOMS: orange hallucinogenic mushroom.
PEGANUM HARMALA: ornamental plant present in Russia, France, Spain and Egypt. It determines euphoria, sense of lightness, hallucinations, convulsions and pseudo-predictions. In Italy, it grows spontaneously only in the neighbourhood by Cagliari.
PEYOTL: born in United States and Mexico, it produces intoxication, coloured hallucinations, terrible visions and reduction of the visual field. The mescalina, able to modify the conscience in deep, is isolated from the peyotl. Is used by the sect "church of Christ of the Peyotl", who adores this substance instead of the ostia.
PSYLOCIBE: "holy" mushroom present in Messico, called also "teonanacatl". It determines hallucinations, sensation of flying, clairvoyance and transmission of thought.
STP: synthetic hallucinogen which causes "bad journeys", contrary to what is said (that is that it was created by the angels of the hell to produce serenity and peace).
STRAMONIO: original of the Caspian Sea, it is today present on all the banks of the Mediterranean. Causes the same effects as the belladonna. It is called "grass of the devil" (like the datura).
TABERNANTHE IBOGA: it grows in Congo and is used to fight the effort and obtain the ecstasy.
VOLUBILIS: hallucinogenic extract of two climbing plants.

Numerous are also the psychotrope drugs, used by criminal groups and/or multinational companies. Several inquests (see Dutroux trial in Belgium) highlighted their use "to break" the will of the minors; the exact term is "pedoclastis", which means to "break" the child. ALOPERIDOLO: powerful molecule and progenitor of a series of antipsychotic majors. It was used in Russia to annihilate the will of political prisoners. It decreases the level of intelligence and often pushes to suicide. This drug (documented) was used on the minors raped and killed in Belgium.
AMITRIPTILINA (Redomex): triciclic antidepressant. Also this psychodrug was found in big amounts in the personal Dutroux chemist's: he used it on minors to "weaken" them.
FLUNITRAZEPAM: used in the short term treatment of the insomnia. In United States it is called "pill of the oblivion". He who takes such substance does not sleep, cannot speak, walk etc. Makes apathetic, emptied and gives the sensation that all what happens is wanted by the person that swallowed it.
KETAMINA: general anaesthetic which is used for human and veterinary use. His anestetica action is particular; it has to be assumed in a silent environment, as the minimum stimuli causes strong emotions; it is also called dissociative anaesthetic, since it causes hallucinations especially vivid, intense and coloured, extracorporal experiences, visions of other realities (mystics ecc); Therefore sub-anaesthetic doses of ketamina cause psychedelic effects. Usually, in anaesthesia, the ketamina is used with benzodiazepina, which induces amnesia of the hallucinations. The ketamina is a synthetic product; sold for psychedelic purposes under the names of K Special, K Vitamin, Ket, Kitkat, Purple, Superacid; it was used by the psychonauts for extracorporal or pre-death. The ketamina can be sniffed or assumed orally or anally.
PCP (feniciclidina or benctazina): it is also called "dust of the angels" and "recreation or wealth drug"; it has psychostimolant effects. It is used as psychedelic substance for experiences of adultered conscience states.
REACTIVAN: withdrawn by the sale, it is not present any more in the official pharmacopoeia. It is composed of amphetamines and mood stabilizing substances. It is still sold in a few European and African nations.

- CYANIDE: 11/19/78, Guyana, beyond 900 members of the sect of the "temple of the people" founded by the rev. american Jim Jones, poisoned themselves with a cyanide potion. Also Jones kills himself together to the wife and the son. The followers who refuse to drink were executed with a pistol blow to the head. Six years later, the Christian group "The Covenant, Sword and Arm" tried to poison the water of a few American towns, using potassium cyanide; the mad was stopped.
- SALMONELLA: 1984, some members of the Rajneesh sect, contaminated foods and alimentary products with the virus of the salmonella virus, in about ten restaurant in Dalles (Oregon). Some severe cases of gastroenteritis were discovered.
- 9/19/85: Philippine, 60 persons belonging to the tribe of the Ata are found died. They would have poisonned themselves, with a UNSPECIFIED SUBSTANCE, because of the order of their guru Datu Mangayanon (to "see God").
- 8/29/87: in the southern Korea 32 followers of the priest Park Soon-Ja were found with the cut throat. The autopsy revealed they had drunk a POISONED POTION.
- RICINA: 1992, the group "Minnesota Patriots Council" used ricina, lethal tossina, to kill policemen; two members of the MPC were arrested during the transfer of the substance.
- PLAGUE: 1992, the "Aryan Nations" buys on internet a few samples of plague.
- SARIN: 1995, the Japanese sect Aum Shin Rikyo spreads nerve gas sarin (according to the CIA in endowment also to Bin Laden), in the underground of Tokyo, killing 10 people and intoxicating thousands. In 1998, during several processes, some sect's members reveal that, already before the attack of the ` 95, the group had released amount of lethal germs: (target: Japanese magistracy, imperial palace, Yokosuka, USA military base…). At the epoch the poison was not noticed, and apparently did not cause dead. The attempt had been planned with the intention to spread the idea of the Aum Shin Rikyo about the the upcoming apocalypse. - ANTHRAX: 1995, an extremist is stopped for possession of anthrax and plague bacteria. Three years later some members of the "Republic of Texas" buy anthrax serum rather than anthrax.
Anthrax, botulino, plague, smallpox etc., therefore, can be used by sects or extremist groups. Their leaders use the followers and, above all, the accumulated capitals for: a) demonstrative actions; b) oppose the established authority; c) advertising purposes; d) realize raving "apocalyptic predictions". It is a form of fanatism-fondamentalism similar to that of Al Qaida and various terrorist groups.

USELESS ALLARMISM BY STRISCIA LA NOTIZIA
(1) After the terrorist attack in New York and Washington the humorous television news "Striscia la Notizia" claimed that on some international planes is still possible to buy sharp objects (scissors, knoife etc.), despite the exceptional security measures. To demonstrate that they showed a catalogue given on some aircrafts where, between the for sale products, there were also sharp objects.
A citizen turned to our association to signal:
- that he travelled on an international flight;
- that he found the catalogue at issue;
- that he asked the staff whether buying sharp objects was possible and received negative answer.
We are sorry that Antonio Ricci spread such an alarming item of news, without verifying the correspondence between appearance and reality, in a period in which aerial companies and passengers already have enough uneasinesses and the necessity of being protected and reassured.
(2) Antonio Ricci wanted to show that the airport in Forlì, despite the emergency, is not equipped with security rules. A correspondent of theirs entered in the airport, taking with himself a toy pistol. Therefore, the competent authority, learned about such situation through the tv, like any citizen. The event went ahead for a couple of days, untill the persons responsible for the safety of Forlì were removed from their task. Therefore, " Striscia la Notizia " did not inform the authorities, but transmitted the news, without thinking that the airport became a easy target for extremists. We think that, in the current historical context, all the citizens must seriously collaborate with police. To use a a situation such that of Forlì for television interests, contributes to make worse an already difficult situation.
What could have done Antonio Ricci not to sacrifice the audience? Simple: inform the authorities, give them the time to intervene and then transmit the service.

USA ATTACK: INSTIGATORS AND PLAGIARIZERS
In a plagiarism condition the passage from self-inflicted wounding to massacre is likely. One who is ready to give his life for a religious ideal does not distinguish his essence from that of others. He does not give value and importance to one nor to the other: this is what happened the September 11th, 2001. The kamikazes which sacrificed "themselves for the Muslim cause" did not understand that they had been conditioned by a very astute guru: no plagiarized person knows to be it. Self-inflicted wounding is fruit of a fanatical promise: kill to find a place next to Allah, in heaven. But who showed this ignoble "secret passage" towards the other world? The leader, who never exposes himself, on one hand. checks commercial activities, insurances, bank accounts (not without giving out hypocritical alms), preaches hate towards the capital society and incites the acolytes to practise it, destroying competitors and rivals. Here is the secret of the terroristic economy: do not let the radio-controlled followers know that the guru doesn't want the heaven, but the supremacy in the market; hide that the reasons is not faith and the religion, but power and the presence in history and government of the world: illusion of the illusions! Therefore, the true secret, is never revealed and, as always, spirituality does not matter. The instigators of slaughters should be called plagiarizer. The "forces" they have consists in confusing the followers and make them understood the difference between sacrifice and gift, not explaining the witness passage from one to the other: the positive religious and social evolution. He who gives himself cannot harm anyone, because he gives up something for someone else's good; He, who instead wants to sacrifice himself, will drag in the sacrifice others who do not intent to participate, who do not agree with him, who would like to obstruct him. It is the umpyeenth sad war between poors!
However, the episodes of New York and Washington, force to react, to take part in building history, in living it. The world is changed because since that day of September we must care for the uneasiness of the "last ones". And the western countries must seriously think about helping them, also against certain fanaticisms or ghosts. But how can the "bigs" of the world be able to intervene, if within their borders they keep on bearing and supporting plagiarizers not inferior to Bin Laden?
There have been sectarian slaughters in the past: no one did nothing! I remember a particular one in the underground in Tokyo, caused with the same chemical substance (sarin) in endowment to Bin Laden: will it be a coincidence? Saying that "this new war, without a specific opponent, begins in our cities because the enemy is in us", is wise; but it is necessary to go further on. In all the industrialized countries, included Italy, live gurus who their followers to kill themself for indecent causes. They are potential terrorists: they would do kill whoever dared to oppose them. These are sad histories, histories of drug, blackmail, threats, violences and business. Also in this case, obviously, the gurus' acolytes do not know to be plagiarized, to be victims. The new Middle Ages, who wanted it? Will the authorities, which have the duty to intervene, have the courage to keep on saying, as they did up to now, that "the fault belongs to who is deceived"? I hope not, because this time the deceit concerns everybody. United States of America paid a very high price and they are charging everybody for it. Everyone must ask himself if certain untouchable pseudo-religious sects are not secret and subversive criminal enterprises. The families and the citizens must be protected and defended also by them, because the national security coincides with the national identity; and many gurus' followers and preachers has lost this identity long time ago.
From here to the next collective sacrifice the step is not long. The coalitions between contrasting theories "new age" and violent no-global are already in act, as those between Islamic fundamentalists and local terrorisms. They will develop themselves saying that the "common enemy" must be fought. The enemy is not the state, but all the people who disagree with them. And they will hide behind the label "religious movement". Opposing them will be possible only if the healthy religions, moderate and pacifists will actually collaborate: against the fanaticisms and against poverties. They will otherwise have to be considered conniving. The Islam, tries to give the good example. I wonder if the traditional religions understood that the enemy comes also from them! I wonder if they guessed that they must defend their territories and, above all, their families and believers!
After the attack at USA some quacks showed, affected by severe looting: a pair of "delirious mediums" and the usual punctual Nostradamus parasites. Why donn't they showed before? They would have avoided an appalling tragedy: they missed a historical opportunity! And this is the umpyeenth demonstration that their role in the civil society is nonexistent. In any case if the "fortune-tellers" were really useful for the collectivity (as they say), rather than affirm that they had foreseen the events, they had to announce and to prevent the beginning of the first total war. In the www.antiplagio.org site you can watch the movie (realized in the Cagliari gulf) of the first "walk" on water executed by an illusionist: Alfredo Barrago. We intend to point out that, with the approriate tricks, is easy to realize many pseudo-miracoli and that, in front of certain absurd affirmations, the control must be entrusted to a conjurer, because the stratagems used are often more sophisticated than what you can imagine.
In the photograms published above, extracted from the filmed at issue, you can see an assistant sinking into the same water in which Barrago is "walking" showing that he is not using simple supports simple supports and that some effects can be awfully deceptive.

For instance, from July 23 to August 21 we are not any more under the sign of lion (as at the epoch of the emperor Augustus), but half cancer and half twin. The lion evidently changed date, and also the other 11 signs. However no one says it, not even the astrologers, who have all the interest not show the limits of their pseudo-scienza (that in the night of san Lorenzo leads them to talk about stars rather than of meteorites).

NOSTRADAMUS
With regard to the "prediction" of Nostradamus on the terrorist attack against USA, the quatrain "interpreted" is the same quatrain administered us for the solar disappearance of two years ago.
At the time, there were Saddam Hussein and the MIR, which had to fall on Paris. However, "Sept mois" was not holding because the disappearance was in August and not September, neither in July: "seventh month". So they found out a complicated version according to which, given that the prophecy would have been written before the Gregorian reform and before the jump of 14 days, it was possible to admit that the August 11 corresponded at a day of July (according to the old calendar).
Then recycled it for the episode of the Concorde crashed in Paris (and in that case "Angolmois" did not meant "angloamerican", but "of Angouleme" or French ).
Why the so-called "Nostradamus scholars" do not put away the quatrain at issue and start choosing a new one? Besides, in the text was explicitly mentioned the number "1999", which was pointing to a a precise date: unusual thing Nostradamus quatrains. Therefore, why reusing it in 2001?
By the way the self-styled "scholars" could have warned before, so all this chaos could have been avoided. They are evidently just jackals, ready even to exploit the humanity's appalling tragedies, just to advertise themselves.
At last, the one who gave the explanation of which above is the same who had "foreseen" Giovanni Paolo II death in 1999 (source ADN Kronos).

ADOLESCENTS NEWSPAPERS THAT INVITE TO SUPERSTITION
Boys have always fed a strong curiosity towards the world of the fantastic. It is a completely normal attraction, that, until some year ago, was not a reason for worrying. Many excellent authors treated magic subjects, without however sending the adolescents on risky paths.
Lately, however, the youngs' interest in magic has been used by certain magazines in a questionable way, introducing to a world dominated by superstitious behaviours and rituals. It is the case of the new monthly magazine by Disney, "Witch".
This magazine, destined principally to a female audience of adolescents, contains a strange type of horoscope, through which young people are invited to perform some true "rites" of magic.
This is what "Witch" reads for girls born under the sign of the Capricorn: "the animal which brings you luck in this period is the goat: keep a photography (or a drawing) of it in the rucksack and you will be settled and inflexible like it". For the ram: "this is the ideal month for love magic": on the 13th write on a piece of paper the name of the boy you like and within a week the situation will improve ". And then: "watch out for interrogations in the last two weeks of the month: face them wearing something yellow". Scorpion: "from the 12th to the 24th you could feel especially tired: regain energy keep a pinch of artemisia in the right shoe". Cancer: "if you have a problem which harasses you, keep under the pillow seven betulla leaves and the first day of growing moon you will dream the better way to face and solve the situation".
The trap hidden behind these words is clear. They create the idea of a "good magic", a kind of "allied" to solve the problems of the everyday life. A life that, for many young people, is dominated by solitude, lack of dialogue in family, difficulties in the school and in the first approaches with the world of the work.
When one is alone, being magic and superstition victims is very easy. One clings to everything, also to an amulet or to the reading of a magazine. Besides, some mechanisms are deeply uneducative because they represent the culture of "I don't care" and "I want it all and I want it now".
Instead of fighting the road of magic rites and amulets is chosen, with the illusion to change life. There is the risk to create between young people an "esoteric mentality". A kind of "slavery", of dependence on magic.
Today, through certain magazines, girls learn the little rituals of the goat and of the red paper. Tomorrow, maybe, they will turn to a magician or to a seer to solve their problems.

Following the continuos gossips about the negativity of Friday, day of the Jesus Christ crucifixion, linked with the number 17 (combination present in 2001 only in August), anagram of the XVII Roman number ( VIXI = died ), our association searched between the published news from 18th and on 19th August, fact that could be linked with bad luck. The result (verified also on March 17th and on November 17th 2000) is that the superstition is wrong. From the data we deduce in fact that when the 17th falls on Friday, the inauspicious events are accidentally not prevailing on the others (positive and neutral):
- Friday August 17th, 2001: negative news 34%, positive 36%, neutral 30%.
- Friday March 17th, 2000: negative news 34%, positive 34%, neutral 32%.
- Friday November 17th, 2000: negative news 33%, positive 35%, neutral 32% (in this case also the month was considered negative for the commemoration of the deceaseds).
That shows that luck and bad luck do not exist and that the free will (for the believers) or the case (for the sceptics) cannot be denied by a metropolitan legend.

We inform you that a person signalled us that companies of managing internet casinos and resident in fiscal heavens:
a) instigate Italian citizens to gambling, in obvious violation of the criminal code, turing many families out if house;
b) they would also involve Italian companies, through the exposure of advertising banner and getting commissions and/or percents in USA dollars.
Furthermore, always according to the signaling, the same companies:
1) would violate the privacy;
2) they would not distinguish if who takes part in the game is a adult or a minor;
3) they would check, through software players', the behaviour, to pilot the wins in favor of the companies;
4) they would have the money sent (in USA dollars) to their residence place, but they would box it in Middle East.
Following such signaling, we wanted to examine in detail the event and registered us to one of these companies, in particular one located in Caraibi (well known fiscal heaven), but receiving the money in TEL AVIV (point 4).
For what concerns the others three points:
1) after having played and protested for the non transparent management of the activity, we asked the cancellation of our personal data from their archives, but they are still present in their databases, even they affirmed the contrary. The explanation is "security reasons" (maybe our remonstrances created some problem);
2) we found confirmation that the modes of enrolment and money deposit, being very easy, do not allow the distinction between grown-ups and minors;
3) we found confirmation that the modes of playing are registered.We noticed that, increasing the amount of the playing, the wins decrease (up to total exhaustion of the credit); to accomplishedly confirm such a point, we would have liked to keep on pointing, but it was prevented to us both from the company (to demonstration than our personal data are still at their disposal and we are checked) and the impossibility, for our committee, to have adequate money sums.

WE SAY 'NO' TO MAURIZIO COSTANZO
The "Maurizio Costanzo show" prepared, for October, a report on satanism. We were contacted by a member of the editorial staff, Maco Marini, to put a few victims at disposal of the Mediaset program; but, for the umpyeenth time, we declined the invitation. The motivations are present in the letter which follows (sent the Costanzo editorial staff).
Dear editorial staff,
we regret it but, as already happened in past years, we cannot help you. In fact, after a meeting of our association the following document was approved (to the unanimity).
After the recent episodes linked to satanism and sects (Chiavenna, Sesto San Giovanni, Novi Ligure, Milingo, Poirino ecc), that also involved minors, and after the reopening of the investigations on the crimes of the "monster of Florence", the "Telefono Antiplagio" despite the the importance of the subject, thinks that taking part in the transmission "Maurizio Costanzo show" means to strengthen a behaviour aiming only to the increase of the audience. Maurizio Costanzo too many times invited quaks and gurus who, thanks to the advertising obtained by partecipatine the tv show, became very popular and had the possibilità to cheat those victims, who the Costanzo's editorial staff is now asking to us. This seems diseducative and contraddictory to us.
To name some exaple we remind you:
- the self-styled "divine" Otelma (who multiplies billion on the skin of the weakests);
- the "magician" of Arcella (which uses conjurer tricks, defining them as paranormal phenomena, to snare housewifes and pensioners and make them pourer every month);
- the guru Gabriel Basmaji (under process as, between his "esoteric" habits, he has the one to seize the followers) and self-styled "messiah", able to walk on waters, but unmasked by our one Alfredo Barrago, who indeed walked on waters, using a cheat;
- the "medium" Altea (who exploits memories and misfortunes someone, sells books and organize conferences);
- and, dulcis in fundo, the satanists Marco Dimitri, Efrem of the cat etc..
The "Costanzo show" claims to invite these personalities to make fun of them; but it is an alibi. He It is an exchange: the trasmissione-Mediaset does audience with their presence and the quacks do the money thanks to Mediaset, claiming that they had been "even on Canale 5" (to boast credibility and seriousness). Many editorial staff rather than certainly realize a true journalistic inquiry on the phenomenon (which would require a lot of work) prefer to claim equidistance. The consequence is that the quacks' presence on media turns out ten, twenty, thirty times higher that of who tries it to oppose their crimes. So the "mass media" end up becoming "mass medium"!
But what is the reason for which they want to interview the victims? The "Costanzo show" says: "to warn the televiewers". Instead the truth is always same: the audience. He who really wants to warn the citizens and wishes to help them, cannot lodge "magicians" and similar delinquents; but should invite the sceptics, the consumers and voluntary service associations, the police and also start talking about the crime of plagiarism and his restoration.
Therefore, the "Maurizio Costanzo show" keeps being the only show in which our association, for protest, has never wanted to take part. We are sorry. Antiplagiarism telephone

TUMBLE OF "STRISCIA LA NOTIZIA"
After our press release (3/1/2001), which was questioning, in the name of transparency of information, the truthfulness of Stricia's reports about the frauds of fuel stations, the humorous news of Canale 5 had to reduce the "scoop". In fact, while on 2/27/2001, the Antonio Ricci's gang was creating allarmism, claiming that the fuel cheat was very diffuse, on 3/4/2001 it sent to Cagliari Gimmy Ghione, to explain, in our presence that is was as isolate case.
But but on the 3/8/2001 the misdeed happened. Paolo Bonolis introduced a report using the following words (words and only words): "the persons responsible for the Telefono Antiplagio doubted of the truthfulness of our report about the fuel station which were rising the fuel prize of 10.000 lira". Obviously, our service is authentic, warranted. Listen to the excuses of Telefono Antiplagio in front of Gimmy Ghione microphone". But what excuses! NOTHING MORE THAN A FAKE! And we can show it. And when Gimmy Ghione, in the same recording, accused us to have raised the case only to advertise ourselves, he was "cooled down" again by our president who, obviously, answered: "the Telefono Antiplagio is an association which protects the weak". As we are not a shoes shop, I don't see where the advertising is. We do not sell anything". EVERYTHING CENSURED! Not only, but the authors of Striscia, not happy of the few scraped up by their diligent correspondent, in fact Gimmy Ghione tried 4 times to be repeated interviews (all listenable in our site www.antiplagio.org), decided to be bully once again. Paolo Bonolis repeated, in the studio, that we wanted to advertise ourselves, in this way, preventing us from replying. What a information transparency! This means "to have the microphone hand".
While Paolo Bonolis pretend authenticity and guarantee, we prefer to demonstrate, with evidence, that when Ricci & c. make a blunder, they defend themselves with the lex talionis or with the editing. We are sure that on this episode Striscia will be forced to adopt silence tactics.
A more suitable title for 'Striscia la Notizia' could be 'Striscia la Nequizia'. We are sorry.
